9-27-2011 (3:50 pm) I am getting all of mine, maybe like Jeff said it would help to clear or cache and reboot your computer. Also there is a program that you can get that is free and the best freeware out ther its named CCleaner you can go here and download it. I use it all the tiem and hve since it first came out 10 years ago I love it. here is the link http://ccleaner.bestsoftwaredownload.info/ that should help clear everything for you and then you should get your points. 9-28-2011 (7:36 pm) Yeah me too. I listened 8 hours a day at work and my points didn't move at all since 2 days ago. I have clear chace, reboot, but it doesn't seem to work. it never had any problems before. and there's no tab below the channel playlist (songs, lyrics, song history...). i dont know what happen. |

This problem happens on multiple computers that I listen on. I am getting points, but at a rate of probably 5 points an hour. ??????????? |
