10-17-2009 (11:03 am) can someone help me i been listerning to the radio all day but i got no extra points and yes i logged in before starting the radio i am running it thought flash which is cool now use to crash my pc but not now it doesn't |

10-17-2009 (11:35 am) Hi, you may have tried this already but do you click on "Manage Profile" or click on tabs within the site? That is kind of like refreshing your page and it shows the updated points. Hopefully Jeff will come in and help. |

10-17-2009 (11:39 am) What flash player station do you click first after login in? Also your points only update every 20 minutes. You can also click the 90s channel first after login in because this is the latest beta version ot the player and most of the kinks are worked out with this version. |

11-19-2009 (2:02 pm) still not getting my points Considering that the forums are non-exisant of other people not earning points, it must be on your end. When I start recieving alot of e-mail and forums posts that's when we start looking into the cause. We haven't made any changes though so more than likely it something on your end. Reboot your computer, and make sure to login fiirst before clicking the flash player of your favorite channel. Also, every once in a while it's a good idea to clear your browser cache. I wish they would just do away with cache since most people have high speed internet access now anyway. |

11-19-2009 (11:43 pm) the problem is that i seem to be geting points but i started the day with 3213 points at 8:46 am and now its 3:50 pm and I ONLY HAVE 3242 points on triple point thursday. I've rebooted and all but I'm still not accumilating points the way i should. What Operating System are you using and what flavor or browser and version are you using? Also clear your cache and start from scratch. |
