2-24-2010 (10:38 pm) Howdy, I listen to the various .977 stations inside Second Life and I have a Shoutcast board that i use to change the stations on my land that shows the artist and song playing and the previous one, but since none of my older .977 links worked i had to use the ice cast links and for some reason they don't send the title and artist info to the board, so i was wondering if there were still shoutcast links to the stations i could use? The 80's channel shoutcast link still works and the board is able to show the info, and other ice cast links work so it's pretty much the .977 ones that don't. Any help would be appreciated |

Yes the board came wit ha couple of icecast examples and i tried a few more i found on the web just to test it and they had the info show up . I noticed even in winamp the info doesn't always show up for .977 stations....most times several urls show on winamp and you have to click the right one to get the info to show if it doesn't at start up. It's not a huge deal but would be nice to have the info show. |

One other thought, you might be clicking Windows Media Servers in the winamp player, those would never show artist and title information. |
