05-25-2010 (11:53 am)Try clicking the purple banner that says "click this banner for better sound quality and to view artist and lyrics" It's located at the bottom of the media player when you first open it. I had the same problem and they kept telling me it was my computer and nothing was wrong on their end. Well ever since I clicked that banner, I've been earning points again!
