I too have constantly been having issues getting my points count updated. I have done such things as cleared cache, updated my flash software and the list goes on from there; but it seems like no matter what station i listen to; I am NOT getting my points that I feel I should have earned. By now i should have at least 200 points I feel; but no matter how long I listen or how long I have it playing, etc. it does not update my points count afterward....I think u guys may need to look into updating the software and or equipment on your side as that is the only thing i can think of that may help resolve the situation because I have even gone so far as to put Windows Media player on the exception list for the built in windows firewall....something must be done to resolve this issue once and for all  because it has been driving me crazy!!! And as it turns out I just checked the outbound firewall that my mcaffe anti virus uses and the firewall in the anti virus apparently is not even installed!!! so it could not be my anti virus blocking it.....something is going on here and it needs to be resolved once and for all....

Well as i stated before; i have had the same issue; and i have tried everything imaginable!; I have cleared cache; restarted computer and disabled protection and firewall and nothing seems to be working so far; there has got to be something going on on ur end of some sort or another...

i am using mcafee anti-virus and no I do not believe i am blocking cookies from what i can recall because i am positive that other sites i go to use cookies as well...

Well I still only have 21 points and I really probably should have closer to at least 100 by now; but it has not changed so something is going on. And yes i have been listening with the flash player up and the song lyrics, window thing displaying.

Also; for my browser i am using the most currently updated version of Mozilla firefox. And i have not had any problems with any other sites; so its definitely not my service provider. Anything u might be able to do on ur end to try and correct the problem(s) at hand would be appreciated....cause i just have not a clue where to go from here with this one....

Well i have the most current version of flash and it has been working with my computer; so I dunno what the heck is going on. Are u sure there is not anything going on; on ur end by some remote chance? Cause i can connect to the site fine(obviously) and play music when i am signed in; so I dunno why its not counting my points....

Why does it seems like my points are not getting counted. I listened for 2 hours to a station the other day and my point count is still the same today as it was the other day and I did in fact have the flash player open and working to make sure i got my points...but still the number has not changed? whats up with that?
