Jeff: As of Jan 26, 2013, some problems persisting and not resolved:

. The new Flash player is not giving any points in both IE and Firefox browsers.
.  My Playlist is not loading or may have been deactivated.
. Statistics in the New Player always show " 1 active listeners and xxx comments"
. Refresh any listening song at any music stations will force to start over the loading of that station.
. Unable to add a listening song into My Playlist.
.  Some pages are incorrectly redirected to the new Flash player page.

Any plans to restore the previous working version, retest the Beta version completely
before to putting it in production live again.

As many other members, we appreciate very much your efforts to build and to improve
the 977music sites for years. But this last "improvement" doesn't work well.

Today 2011-12-19 9:53AM, all stations are not working. At certain moment, some stations will play for 2 or  3 seconds and no more musics. my Internet line is working fine. The same problem for IE and Firefox.  This problems started for the last 2 days. Sometimes I hit the ANDO site instead of the normal 977music site   Please check. Thank you.

Don't know what is causing looping music on one song. And that is happening on all stations.
This problem is happening on Sunday, Aug 9, 2010 since 3PM.

My PC has no problems and running Firefox 3.6.8 and using Flash Player.

The music volume is noticeably disturbing varying low to high volume.

This is the first time happening to 977music.com

Hi Jeff,

I have the recommended Java installed (Version 6 Update 20)
and the Flash Player latest version 10,0,45,2 installed for Firefox.
I don't think  it is a Firefox issue. It is more  likely  the logic how all
programming scripts are handling the points distribution and the
login authentication for 977music .

Yes, I did Clean Private data to clean the Firefox cache and cookies.
Normally, it should always work. But now sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I am always using the same PC with the same software and configuration:
using Flash player in Firefox 3.0.19 listening to 977music.com all day,
but points are not changing.
Clear Firefox cache, close Firefox then re-open Firefox is not always working.
Restart PC may help but again score are not always accumulated.

For the last 3 days, Wed, Thu and Friday May 25-27, 20010.
After cleaning Firefox cache, restarting Firefox, the Earn-point page
shows 1255 points before login to my account. The 1255 points are lost
after a successful login .

Click on the Account login, fill in the email and password, click on
Sign in button, the system clears all input fields and issuing a warning
message: "you must login first ...".
When successfully logged in, the points is the old score (no points added).

Yesterday, Account login doesn't work either for many hours:
it just keep saying you must login first and clean all input fields.

Most of the time the symptom is in the Hitz and the 80's channels.

Here are the info for 977 team to look at:
1. What channel:  Hits, 80's
2. What Player:  Flash
3. What OS:      Windows XP Home SP3
4. What Browser: Firefox 3.0.19
                 + Adobe Shockwave Player 11.5.7r609 + Adobe Flash Player 10.0.45.2
5. Did it ever work:  It was working fine. Now Login rejected and No points accumulated. Radio stayed playing.
6. Specific Date & Time:  2010-05-26 12 PM to 2010-05-28 12:30 PM. (And many other times since March 2010).
7. On Thursday, May 27, 2010 PM: Login is rejected in Firefox but works in IE8.

Hello Jeff,

How about have a new link giving the possibility to search for a song title
and all related history related to that song, album, and the artist
similar to info showing on the first page when the song is playing
and may be more.
This will attract more traffic and fans who would like to learn more
about an artist.

Thanks for building a terrific radio station playing awesome music
for all music lovers.

Finding the title of a nice song that you hear earlier,

When you heard a song that you like and you want to find out its title later.

Have you tried to mouse over the purple bar at the right hand side
of the "Song History - Buy It" tab and pull down?

At the moment of this writing, all channels that I have listened
have this feature. All of them are working fine except one.

The Song History can keep in total 54 titles.
The playing time of each song may vary from 1:30 min to 3 min. 
Let's say the average time length of each song is 2 min each,
then usually the History can keeping track over
54*2 min = 108 min. 
Therefore if the song was played within an hour, it should
normally be found in the Song History list !

However, I have seen sometimes a song title is stored in the
Song History list but it was not actually being played.
And the next song is playing almost in the following second.

Certainly if you stay tuned and connected on the same channel
long time enough, the song that you like will be played again.
 
Hope this information may help you to locate the song
that you like.
